Great picture, Florian... two dashing gents get a cooling with a beer!

Imho loop collar shirts look better than regular shirts when worn over the pants.
If you don´t mind please clear your folder... wash´t aible to write you a message

Folder cleared.

Florian... seriously... you have to work on your casual side and try to be more outgoing. Be rockabilly-ish, be wild, wear some loop collar shirts over your slacks... wear poly and spread some 50s flavor sweat

I'm not sure if I have posted this outfit before or not, as it's an old photo- so if I have(?) I'm sorry!
Well anyway, this is what I wore today- wearing green wedges instead of the white platforms.
The suit was made from a wartime pattern.

Very cool, Hepville. Perfect casual summer attire. Maybe I need a loop collar shirt too. Kinda avoided them before, don't know why.
Nick D: I like everything in your picture. Very sharp. The bright american tie adds the certain pizazz.

Sproily and me at a Biergarten near Frankfurt Airport.

You two are looking great! I think I saw you both as extras in a Rene Clair film. What did you have to drink?

Miss Tuppence wonderful as well!

No- it doesn’t work anymore, but I’m hoping we will recondition it at some point so I can use it.

Thank you Stearmen, Talbot and Splintercellsc- your comments are ever so kind!

Antique Singers are very easy to fix. If all it needs is cleaning and oiling and a little jiggering around, you could easily do that in an afternoon, or a weekend, provided you have all the right tools. Sewing-machine oil, needle-nosed tweezers, pliers, tissues, a torch, a screwdriver, a steady pair of hands, a half-decent set of eyes and plenty of patience.

Here's what I wrote on the subject, if you need information:

That's quite a watch-chain, Gin! What's the fob that's dangling off the end?

That's grandpa's old watch chain with the gold chinese coin you saw in some other pictures. I have a couple of other watch fobs that I want to try out, but I think I'm going to make a new chain rather than swap them out. Those other fobs don't match the gold filled chain as well.

I knew you'd like it, at least, Rue. The Caddy is certainly my new baby, perfect car to take to church on Sunday. Always gets tons of compliments. I'm sure the wagon's jealous, though. It hasn't seen much action lately.

Look at my cute little brother! The caddy is looking good too :)
