Shrimp and Grits? Not something I would have thought of. "Low Country" is down towards the Atlantic? Low because swampy? Brings to mind The Swamp Fox, Francis Marion. Used to be a Disney show on TV I think.

Well..it's more like Country cookin mixed with prime seafood. Great grits like few other places. Creamy and buttery more like a gravy. Charleston area spreading west from the ocean.
I watch the Swamp Fox TV series religiously as a kid!
