Homemade biscuits and gravy! Mmmm. The one good thing about a 40 degree drop in temps is the need for winter fat. :D The country gravy has the last of the elk sausage my father had butchered for me.

I need to check out a few things on my streetrod, because I haven't driven it since Good Friday...I know, sad isn't it?
So I'm taking pizza crusts, and cheese with me to my dads.
I made the sauce this morning while cooking breakfast. It's Pizza Hut's recipe, no really you can find it online.
This way we get all the taste of Pizza Hut, without all the fat because I'm using turkey sausage and turkey pepporoni.
Keeps you from getting up at 2am for Tums. :)
