The guy asleep behind the blanket jacket chappie. Was this a posed "hobo" shot? [EDIT #3] And again, check the chap with his newsboy worn "modern style" backwards at the back right.

I'm a little surprised that such 'degenerate' clothing was available in Germany at the time! But then there is no way of fully controlling all creative output in a country.

All the current manufacture Hudson Bay blanket coats are made in America by Pendleton.

Just for the record. Not hudson bay but it's a blanket coat. Missing the full belt but I think the beltback works good as is.

According to their website, Hbc no longer manufactures blanket coats, rather, they have lines of coats inspired by the ones they made until 2000 (sales were, sadly, insufficient). The site says they still make and sell the blankets, which are made in England.
