I don't know if it's "real vanilla flavor" but it sure doesn't taste bad!

I think it's totally worth it. Something to consider though is that they're smaller than your standard lipstick, which is a drawback when you consider the price. I know I'm not the only person on this board that loves them, though. There's a whole bunch of threads that mention Besame!

I went for natural(ish) look (due to the fact that it's a bit warmer, and I tend to get a bit sweaty):
1. Avon calming effects foundation
2. done my eyebrows (MUST do my eyebrows!)

with pencil.
3. Liquid liner
4. Red lips: Avon Red 2000.

Ta-dah!

For an upcoming trip where I am wearing all vintage clothes, I've just bought some Mary Kay Cream-to-Powder foundation. Also got translucent loose powder. Have used thes successfully in the past for my vintage look, trying it again.

Otherwise I use a tinted moisturizer by Dr. Gross.

First of all: BRAVE move, going ALL vintage. :thumb:
I've never tried creme-to-powder... so, could you write some sort of review: what if feel like on the skin, is it saggy after some hours, does it feel heavy.

LOL I adore Mel Brooks.

Mine stays put. I just darken a freckle that's just dark enough to be seen through my makeup. I've been doing it long enough that I feel weird when I don't do it. I don't think I look "right." One of these days, I'm going to a cosmetic tattooist and have her just do it for me permanently.

Today: Same as yesterday, only I've got brown eyeliner on.

Hot and sweaty!
..so: exhausting and frustrating makeup-time. :eusa_doh:

Wearing:
Maybelline Minerals foundation, set with loose powder
Eyebrows done with a pencil (always!)
Liquid liner
TOUCH of mascara
Lips lined and Extra lasting lipstick ON.

So far, nothing is dripping! :thumb:

I went to apply for a job today, but it was early, and I didnt want to "over-do" the vintage, so this is what I went with
Foundation
Green eyeshadow, gold in the crease, white as the highlight
black liquid liner just on top lid
mascara(which I applied differently today, so my eyes felt sticky-it was awful)
blush
bronzer to contour my cheeks
red lipliner, with rose lipstick.

EDIT: I dont know why there is an atached thumbnail..i pciked the wrong picture when I first posted, went back to fix it, and now the thumbnail is attached
