I haven't gone off denim, but I could certainly see me shelling out for one of those. Yes, probably a silly price, but in the stampede to buy the minimal stock that LVC send out, most will be happy just to get one.

The 1967 Type 111 Corduroy Trucker is just what I've been searching for ages BUT I fear that It'll be as slim as the LVC Bedford Cord Truckers, which I'm not any more. LEE might be bringing one out AW13. Nothing from Wrangler. Trying to rediscover my 1960's (1965?) grey cord trucker - I lived in it then.

I love my leathers, but sometimes it's nice to wear something different for a change, which is when the Waterfront, or even my nylons, come into their own. I'll be keeping an eye on this. I don't expect it to be the "right" price for me new, but if I can find one on sale....
MM, what do you reckon the RRP will be on this? £500? I would consider £200-£250ish, myself (i.e. in and around Waterfront money), assuming the wool is of that quality. I wish there was more of this sort of thing on the market, but I suppose it's not as in demand as leather.

Edward, I too went off denim jackets.... about 18 years ago when I woke up one morning and my bashed up levi type III with the giant GNR back patch just looked played. I only very recently got one again, the Filson x Levi collabo and I have to say I love it. It's heavier than denim but still light enough for summer.
Short wool jackets are super cool though. although I agree with previous posters that muted colors are a bit more attractive.
