Popular Shirt Colors and patterns

I have aquired a handful of shirts that appear to be from the 40s. Does anyone have color photos or illustrations of dress shirts from the 30's and 40's?

I'll post pics soon. I'm not sure if they are accurate, they appear to be, I know the collar is right, but there are no labels.
