Thanks, HD! I grew up on the Barn Show. On the farm, we had it on in the barn every night from 5-6 to catch the Farm Reports, the Polkas, and I always just enjoyed listening to Uncle Bill. Now, I have to try to get on break in that time frame to hear it lol

Can someone help me ID a song? I heard it about 15 mins ago and it's been rattling around my head ever since. I was driving with my iPod streaming Dismuke so couldn't see the song title.....it was a song by someone deliberately trying to sound French, and had the lyrics "Would you treat her like a sister? Oh, no, no, be honest mister.............That's what I did too"

I get depressed when I think of the culture we're losing on a daily basis, especially in local radio and on shortwave. Never ceases to amaze me that people would seemingly rather watch the Kardashians, than a good radio play that makes you think and imagine the scene for yourself.
