I'm thinking of cutting my hair like Maggie's in the Parent Trap after she gets her makeover.

On the flip side, my hair grows so ssslllooowww and it's fine. Would this help? I mostly wear my hair in 40's-50's styles and am kinda loathe to cut my hair (neck length).
What would you do?
