Heya, folks. I haven't been on here it quite a bit, but this one made me think of here.
Today - The Fedora Cocktail
2 oz Bourbon - Elmer T Lee in this case
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Grenadine - home made from Pom
1/4 oz simple syrup
3 sprigs thyme
1 pinch salt
sprig-o-thyme as garnish
It's pretty delicious.
I generally make a cocktail every Friday, and have a good sized backlog of pics, if anyone is interested…

Sounds good. I would probably leave the salt out though. Does it make much of a difference in taste?

Yeah, I am not a big sour guy.

Blue Bubblegum snowcone (large).
While the regular syrup is still good, after they switched from sugar to HFCS, it doesn't quite have the same taste.
