I was wondering, where might one find some vintage patterns? I found some on Etsy, but are they any good? Are there better places to find vintage patterns?

I find both Etsy and Ebay to be good but if you really want a bargain, be prepared to hunt. With Ebay, not only is there a sewing category with a pattern section, there is a sewing section within the Antique Category and the Collectible Category, giving you three separate places to search. And while Antique specifies 1930's and earlier, check it anyway because sometimes people put patterns in the wrong category.

No offense but wow, those are some of the lamest choices of vintage patterns for them to be reproducing.

They turn out well, as you'll see from various posts here.

Bear in mind Evadress specialises in reproducing old patterns. There weren't ANY vintage men's' clothing patterns reproduced and readily available until Evadress made them available. No offence, but 'wow' that ;) If you've found better patterns surviving, get her involved and see what can be done. A lot of Olden Days stuff was 'lame', as any old 'un will tell you... ;)

See the newly established SJC Forum for from-scratch vintage repro.
