He has some FINE looking hats in the oven....lol....I think I saw a sage Whippet amongst the many photo's........yes sir, home wrecker Deckard. I noticed that the sage Strat is an option on the Excellent Strat order form at Delmonico site. It wasn't a few weeks ago. I know some ordered the sage via personal orders with Jeff in Jan. Wondering if anyone has received their sage Strat yet? .......thinking I need one of these puppies also.....lol

I ordered one from Jeff, 6-8 weeks del. possibly sooner, that was about 3 weeks or more ago, so no not yet, I'm sure others will receive theirs sooner than I would, or all at once. Rest assured, evaluations will be forthcoming.
LOL.......i ordered some open crowns, but not the sage Excellent Strat......yet.

We have not received any of the Excellent Quality Stratoliners as of yet. Stetson should be sending us a shipment this week. I hope they are in this shipment.

I need some advice, guys. I've been dialoguing with Jeff regarding getting a new open crown Stetsonian. I'm pretty much ready to make the plunge for one in Light Grey, but I'm starting to get cold feet. I'm looking for a lighter colored hat, as too many of mine are either earth tones (brown-green), or some sort of darker grey. I have my eye on the Stetson Light Grey as something to break up the monotony. Trouble is, I've only seen photos of the Light Grey, from the catalog and a couple of eBay sales. I've not seen it in person, nor handled it, so if I order it, I'm taking a leap of faith. Photos of the Light Grey look almost white. Not certain I want to go that light. I don't have anywhere nearby to go look at one in person.
Has anybody seen this color in person? How does it compare to a regular grey when put side-by-side?

Where have you seen light grey as an option for the Stetsonian? I've only ever seen the Caribou, which I got but it's a medium grey at best. The natural color might be a good option in the Whippet or Racine.

I've also got my eye on a Whippet in Natural. Those are my goals for new Stetson purchases this year.

Hey sorry. As previously posted. Thought it was a Stetsonian but was in fact a Strat. My mistake. My apologies. I don't recall the ribbon treatment... whatever. The hat was absolutely gorgeous. Incredible soft hand. And the color was a rich London Grey.
