This is a wonderful jacket, and especially on you it looks great!!
I prefer shorter jackets for myself but this is incredible. Looks like you’ve always had it. In the best way.
Worn open, it looks damn cool as well.
Well done!!!

Very nice jacket, good fit and beautiful hide! The bulkyness in the back will cease once the jacket is broken in. Nice lining, too. Congrats all around!

OK...figure since I did an update on my vicenza work coat after 4 weeks or so that I would do the same on this Maxwell.
Its been a real treat "breaking in" this jacket and comparing/contrasting the chromexel fqhh with the vicenza. Both leathers have been great so far, but completely different.
After four weeks this horween cxl has already softened incredibly. In a way much more so than the vicenza. The vicenza was softer from the beginning, but has still kept a certain surface "stiffness" that is much different than the cxl. This has been my go-to jacket for the past four weeks (yes, I've had to neglect my other Aero's), and basically have worn it to and from work (approx 30 min. each way in the car), as well as on daily dog walks and around town as well as around the house a bit. It has seen a bit of rain, but nothing torrential.I have certainly not babied this jacket, just worn it without worrying about it and it shows. The leather is taking on a wonderful patina, with a decent amount of visible "wear"...much more so than the vicenza. Its very interesting how the surface is prone to marking, wearing, etc....but in a very natural and beautiful way. The vicenza has grained-up much more, but has not worn or marked up at all...just a very little bit on certain leading edges of the jacket. The wonderful leather smell is still persistent and makes me smile every time I put the jacket on. In fact I can say that without a doubt all three of my Aero's give me a certain pleasure in wearing that is completely new to me from a piece of clothing. Certainly I have owned many jackets, etc that I really loved to wear, but the overall sensory experience of these particular jackets...the weight, the smell, the feel are really great (ok...I'll stop the gushing). As far as the color, this cxl fqhh brown is one of the most chameleon-like colors I have ever seen. It can appear everything from dark chocolate brown to milk chocolate to reddish, almost burgundy depending on the time of day and the lighting. It's really crazy how different it can appear. It is going to be interesting to see how this jacket evolves and ages over the next year(s). A few pics of me wearing the jacket (I hate modeling but I know "fit pics" are preferred) as well as some detail shots.

The leather has obviously relaxed quite a bit. The color variation is stunning. Beautiful jacket overall.

Looks very good on you. I have to say that I like the Maxwell the most out of all my Aeros, as it just seems to tick every box. I'm just surprised it's not on their site.
