They havnt replied to my request for a refund..iv given up after the false promises,I asked them to send any denim after they said the 18oz wasn't available,,all negative feedback has gone from Facebook n you can't comment,,,only give likes...&almost all the nice reviews are local,,,surprised,,,no not really.

I haven't heard anything since they requested my card info a week ago. Time to step my game up and if their doors are still open in a month and a half they'll be seeing me in person and up close when i visit my parents in Arizona.

When I contacted them to cancel my last remaining order with them last month they said they could have my order to me by the end of this month if I didn't cancel. That date is getting pretty close now and given they've missed the two general dates they gave out I don't have a lot of confidence in their word.

I hate to be the guy that pisses in the pool but don't get your hopes up. Consider this, how many hundreds of customers have they made promises to and how many of those promises do you think were broken? My guess is a lot based on the countless negative responses I've read over the last couple of months.

I've been waiting 5 months now and am under no illusion I'll be seeing my oiled cruiser anytime soon. Even with this so-called factory that will allegedly speed up production. Sadly, I've waited this long so I figure I might as well wait it out.

Oh for sure. I'd put the whole mess out of my mind but I guess when this next promised date is missed I will have to make some kind of decision. I've just had a look at some of their social media and see they are shipping out 'ready to wear' items now (can see someone whose received an order complaining) - wonder how they get that to jump the orders they are still so behind on.

Yeah, it's hard to not feel like you've been screwed when LD is selling RTW clothing when there's still a huge backlog. I've debated whether or not to go the refund route and came close a couple of times out of frustration, but I'm curious more than anything how my jacket will turn out. One thing is certain, if and when I finally get my jacket I will not be ordering from LD again

You have to wonder if it's your money that paid for the motorcycles and other cool-guy paraphernalia that they pose with on the facebook page. If they want to be hip, they ought to try running a successful business and taking care of customers. Kind of makes you long for the old business model.

I sent them an email saying send me something..anything or cancel my order...all went quiet then they messaged me yesterday saying refund would be given....hmmm,not getting hopes up yet

I've got my Japanese 18oz boxed and ready to go back to be swapped for the right size. I'm hoping that this will see me extricated from Lawless and I can stop looking at this thread, I'm really over it now.

Just got an e-mail stating that my order (around #1200) is at station number 1 (out of 12), the cutting table.
My first order (#287) arrived after about 4 months. Hopefully production is picking up!

It will be interesting to see how it goes for you Thor. My guess is there's a bottleneck at the sewing stations. I'm still waiting to hear back on my refund. The credit card i used was compromised sometime after i used it at Lawless (not by Lawless) and the replacement card "was" sent by my ex who said it returned undeliverable to me overseas. I gave Lawless another bank card info so hope they can drop me my money. Just bought a pair of Wesco boots so yeah i really kinda want my money.

Order update. I have a 8.5 oz. Japanese Dark Indigo Chambray shirt confirmed as sent from order #118 Nov 2 that was sent back for pockets being too small.
Also confirmed refund for 18 oz jeans that came in a size too small that with any luck will fit Sloan.
We have a thread going on specifically for Lawless order updates if anyone wants to see what progress is being made. Orders are coming in slow but sure.
