David: Excellent Trimble. Lesser known manf., but I have seen some excellent fedoras. I love the ribbon.

David (Texas gentleman); Seriousely- that is an excellent avatar pic. Well done! Straw western hat befits a Texas gentleman.

Harv; I have not commented lately, but suffice to say I have noticed the very fine hats you have showcased. You wear the lids well. Today’s hat looks appropriate for your weather.

G.Durand; The Golden hour requires more celebration. Your pics and of course hats inspire me to class up my act. Excellent OR today.

Jeff; Did you get any snow the past days? This evening we got a few flacks. Spring in the upper states is slow in coming. I have been enjoying your posts sir. Thanks for the creative settings with hats in them.

Joao; I do not offer enough thanks sir - Thanks. Your posts, representing the larger brim size, do not go unappreciated at my house.

Miami; Your desk shots are appreciated. The Marathon fedora is excellent.

Charlie; Milans rule!

Perry; The weather must be grand in your area of the US. Ah, warm weather hats and shirts are something I can only dream of for the next 40 days.

Sam; You have been looking sharp of late. Cheers sir.

An’a: Good to see the posts sir. Your recent posts do not break the HIGH expectations we have come to see of your pics and hats.

Tommy; Love todays hat. Your collection must be getting bigger. All I see are excellent lids.

Lt; Thanks for posting your fedoras of late. I do enjoy the bigger ribboned hats you show.

All other: Thanks. To many to comment on this evening.

Today in the cool 40’sF morning I wore a Cordova Cap.

I want to be you when I grow up :p

But I'm not grown up yet. :D

G.Durand; The Golden hour requires more celebration.

Thanks, Eric. You can't see the almost empty glass of cabernet in my left hand....nice Cordova cap.

Terry, it may be unknown but I'm sure it doesn't go unnoticed.

S-4-C, the gray Caxton is one of my favorites of yours.

case, seeing yours makes me thnk I've got to get a silverbelly CD.

Perry, nice looking Adam.

A'n'A, very fine work you're doing there.

TommyK, that 7XCB would be a daily go-to for me, too.

Miamibruno, the Marathon's a beauty.

Charlie, I think you win the day! Unbelievable Milan.

Harv and David, those are two good looking ventilated lids.

Jeff, good to see you around lately with your superb collection.

Joao, always impressive!

javadave, love the Trimble.

And David, again, I see you're well into the Texas swing of things. I really like your two Black Sheep additions.

Nice selections yesterday, gents. And S4C has us started on a good foot today, as well (or a good scalp?). Today, back to my old Dalton, which is getting alot of head time, as it is very lightweight for the warmer weather. It's in the 50s this AM, though, so back to the felts!

Thanks guys for the comments on the Black Sheep westerns from yesterday.

I'm very happy with both of these, Bob does great work.

The 4 inch brim of the Black Cherry Cattleman makes my Stratoliner this morning feel positively stingy.

S4C; Looking sharp sir. Everything coordinates with Mickey.

Frun; Excellent reason you keep wearing that fedora!

David; Classic hat for the man on the go.

Now that morning practice has ended I am heading out in my VS Stratoliner inspired sage hat. The color of the felt is stunning in person. Overnight temps in the 30'F is chilly, even for Minnesota at this time of the year.

Handsome choices today, David, Perry, Eric. :eusa_clap

I have only a handful of hats that have not been owned by someone else before me. This is one, crafted by Jonathan Cordova.

Terrific day of hats from all!

I kept wearing my newfound surprise; a Levine Special, private label Cavanagh that I had no idea was my size (or that it was a Cav.) Purchased from an online auction as a gift for a (now disappointed) friend; the measurement by the seller was waaaaay off.

I really shouldn't look this sad. This was a huge surprise!!

Thank you kindly, Tommy. And belated congrats on the expeditious sale of your house!!

Now you can seek out or build a home with extra "hat" room(s)!!
I didn't say that.
