Well...looks like a lot of the other fashion "military inspired" jackets out there, but it all depends on what you want from a jacket. I've seen worse, but to label those as "A-2" etc. sorta does a disservice to good repops and the originals...not trying to sound snobby - I'm not, but they are what they are...

I can only see the one in the eBay link. Tbh, I'm not convinced the A2 market is big enough for another entrant, especially not in this "generic a2" (as distinct front contract repro) end of the market. Didn't Andy Falzon once say that BK had had to move beyond the 'reasonably priced house jacket' approach for much that reason?

It would be interesting to see one, though. If it's nicely made and looks very much like the postwar civilian 'in the style ofs', a used one could be a great bargain (I'd be sueprised if they hold their resale price the way an Eastman or such can do to some extent).

I saw a Toys McCoys Hilts A-2 on eBay for £1,300, that's £200 more than I've them going for brand new. I've heard of Japanes repops holding their resale value, but that's just ridiculous.

I like the jacket, lovely colour, but what Edward said - is there really need for another one? Then again, every style there is has been done do death and back at this point so...

I find those shoes on the eBay particularly offensive.
