I'm having an odd experience with hats direct, they sent me a tracking number for my purchased heritage fawn Fed IV that i've been following on USPS.com, and yesterday the hat was delivered to an address in another state! With the email down I can't reach them...i'm hoping I just got the wrong tracking # and my hat will arrive this week. It's funny but gut wrenching at the same time... ever happen to anyone else?

Yesterday, the weirdest thing happened. A heritage fawn Fed IV was delivered to my house. I didn't order it and it doesn't fit me. I think I'll put it up on eBay. :laugh:

If you're certain the hat made it to American soil, my guess is they'll have you contact U.S.P.S. directly to have them either verify it was or wasn't your package and/or attempt to retrieve it from wherever it was delivered and re-deliver it to you. Still, it couldn't hurt to advise Hats Direct of the situation as soon as you're able to contact them. I hope everything works out and that you'll receive your hat soon.

Thanks, Guys... For now it's a waiting game. I contacted them right away but if they can't see their emails... Its gotta be just a simple tracking number issue.

Thanks for contacting us regarding our web page not functioning as it should - unfortunately the same company looks after our emails and their upgrade (something about a server now in the cloud) did not go smoothly for us!!!

After a few days of unsolicited stress - we are back in action - and not going anywhere don't worry! Hats are in stock as always. The current website is a little broken still(not changing colours etc) and a new one is under construction and shouldn't be too far a way.

Thanks for understanding, and if you have any other questions we can also now receive our emails again!!

This is good news! Now I can continue to feed my addiction! :eusa_clap
