Santa arrived early this year for this guy. Got my 2 caps from Brett at B!Wear. I couldn't be happier with the results.
Vintage WWII cotton HBT fabric. Vintage 70's cotton and cotton flannel for the liners. The two fabrics came from my Mom's collection, a couple of leftovers. The red cotton was a dress and the flannel was a shirt for my Dad. She always kept the leftovers and I'm glad I scooped them up. They were perfect.
He even incorporated the label from the vintage overalls into the hat.
I had asked him to do the standard cut for the body but utilize the larger peak he now offers, with no wire in it. Went with a smooth leather sweatband too. He knocked this one to of the park for me in very short order.
