That looks like really nice work, Charlie. Fantastic ribbon!

By the way, where is the selfie stick?

Thanks, Matt! It is one of my favorite ribbon colors/configurations.

In full disclosure, the selfie stick I used was merely a very light weight standard tripod, with the camera mounted and turned back in my direction. I did this because the camera I generally use (a Sony RX100) has a "selfie" feature, where the screen pivots around for front viewing, and triggers a 3 second delay. It works! I need practice, though. I'll get right on that, Matt!!

Yesterday was a great success. Thanks for the praise.

Gray day with patches of sun. Still a brown hat

Albertini - Linea Panizza, probably made in Cappellificio Falcus in Montevarchi - Tuscany

Felt is very nice with suede finish

The color is brown burnt and proportions typical of Italian hat: medium brim and moderate crown

Great appreciation for hats that are now flourishing in this Tuesday afternoon :)

Hope that the crisis is over Joao. Asthma is scary stuff. Feel better.
Take care of that, Joao...
Joao, with the others, I hope you're doing OK.
I'll do, this decease takes it's time to fade.
Sadly the pharmacies near me do not have the most important part (the bronchodilator) so I had to order it (the dose is higher than normal). Gonna pic it this afternoon then the treatment really starts.

Terry: nice ribbon work.

EVERY day is a great success for you, Dan!! Your collection is beyond enviable. Astounding brown, all around!!

Thanks for the call outs on this great ribbon, from vintage stock, using Gary White's "signature" bow...

Thank Charlie.
Your "fu Borsalino" is really interesting
It is very attractive after the restoration of Gary.
But as it was before processing?
I really like the color of the felt. It is light?

The color in the first photo today is most accurate, maybe a half shade darker than real. The hat weighs in at 5.3 oz. As a new old stock hat blank, or hood, this felt had never been finished until I bought it from Gary, and I don't know what it looked like before.

Note to Knotten: Another properly professional look today under the CD, sir!

Joao, I hope everything's all right. My son has the same problem, and I've run out to get Zyrtec on a number of occasions in the middle of the night. Hang in there!

Take care of that, Joao...

Today I grabbed a stingy Custom Hatter of Buffalo to keep warm...

This was one of two Gary made for me using NOS Borsalino(?) blanks with Cavanagh brims. Sweet little find a few years back...

New this year Pen. Board shirt!

Beautiful, Chas! Nice bash and ribbon work. Great Pendleton too!
