Who has the lowest price on Akubra Campdrafts (FOB USA) these days? Anyone buy one lately? Thanks very much.

PS: Is the sooper-dooper version of the Campdraft worth the higher price? Thanks again.

I believe Everything Australian does. Like $83 plus shipping. The conversation re: Imperial quality vs Deluxe or "Heritage" has been discussed often on The Lounge. General consensus is the Deluxe has a better sweat and is pounced a little smoother. I personally feel the Deluxe is less stiff. If u dont mind depending the $$$ get the Deluxe but only you can decide if it's worth it.

Everything Australian does have the lowest prices, as BR said, but you have to wait three months for shipment of all the Campdrafts except the Bluegrass Green color ones.
The Deluxe Campdrafts are heavier in weight than the standard ones, and are not sold by Everything Australian, but only by another more expensive retailer.

Actually probably a bit more than $80 exclusive of shipping, as both PayPal and credit cards tend to use their own exchange rates which are higher than the "official" market ones.

Nungar Trading looks to have the same price, but offers medium brown. Not sure of their shipping prices.

I wouldn't trust the availability from them. Still showing the CD available in black. They also had the Boss of the Plains listed until a few weeks ago. Doesn't seem that Steve updates the page on a regular basis.
