Hey guys,

Well, I finally did it! After talking with Holly from Aero for a long time now (I think our first discussion was back in May 2015), I finally pulled the trigger on my very first A2. Holly was really amazing at giving advises to get what we think would best fit me, and very patient.

So, here are the specs:

Aero 42-18775-P
Jerky seal brown
Rust knits
OD thread
Nickel Talon zipper

Nothing too fancy there, but I'm pretty excited. This has been a teenager's dream that may finally come true. Let's hope I did get my measurements right, and that the jacket will fit nicely!

Well now, I think I'm gonna hibernate for the next 3 or 4 months. Please wake me up when the mailman is at the door!

I really go for the seal brown , nickel hardware, and rust knits. We both have excellent taste. Meanwhile, happiness is having something to look forward to. I celebrate your obviously excellent karma. Another nice thing is you look kind of young in your avatar so you'll have a whole lifetime to enjoy it.

Good luck on the fit. Buying long distance is always going to be a crapshoot until you can email your hologram or whatever for true "made to measure."

Thank you guys! It will be a long wait now, but as I said, it's a teenager dream coming true. I've been waiting for 15 years, could wait a couple months more. Maybe...

As far as the rust knits are concerned, I was a bit hesitant as they may come a tad too "bright red", but we'll see. Always enjoyed the contrasting knits on dark leather A2.

@Vespizzare: I'll be 32 in a bit more than two weeks, so with a bit of luck, I'll be able to enjoy it for many years.

Nice jacket, and nice fitting! Would that be a Happy Days with fur collar?!

I expect rust indeed, it's just that I saw a couple pics of Aero A2 where the rust was really more bright red than rust, maybe this is due to the lighting of the pictures.
