Hey everyone,
Was hoping to save up some spare cash and treat myself to a pair of WWII US Service Shoes. Was eyeing the boots offered by Epic Militaria, as they fit my budget. Was wondering if anyone here has had any experience with these shoes?

Upon further inspection, I believe the boots offered by Epic Militaria are the same boots offered by different Asian retailers found on eBay. Going to pass on these.
I was eye balling the Service Shoes offered by SM Wholesale. Anyone have any experience with these boots?

Can't vouch for the US service boots but SM Wholesale boots are generally very well made (yes, from Mexico). I have two pairs of the German low boots and they're very well made.

filfoster, thank you for your input. After reading from a few different sources, including SM Wholesale's website, it seems that the boots are only available in EE. Would this happen to be true with your boots?

Mine are a D width.

I've also heard good things about 'WW2 Impressions' footwear. Their supply is spotty but their USMC boondockers are supposed to be the best repros yet made.

Was in contact with SM Wholesale and was told that the Service Shoes will fit D width. So, once the Christmas madness is all over with, I hope to save up for a pair.

WWII Impressions footwear look amazing, and I would love to order a pair. But, due to the Canadian dollar being so terrible right now, it makes ordering anything from the US quite expensive.
