I hope all you fellas had a wonderful Father's Day!

Today is another Falcon Park Hattery, a granite gem made by Parker. This was my first "new" hat years ago, so the brim is on the shorter side of my collection, just over 2 1/8".

One of my traveling hats, the remains of a '30s-'40s Barclay. Bound brim, hole at the pinch, sweatband, ribbon and lining all long long gone.

SUPER shot, Spencer! (Although the lovely lass looks overwhelmed by the map...!)

Do you use the Polaroids? I have a few, including a type 47 (with the Rodenstock lens) somewhere. I used to think Polaroids were rectal problems for Eskimoes...

Those are both my fiance's. She has a whole collection of old Polaroid Land Cameras as well, but these are the ones that are in more regular rotation.
We're both pretty overwhelmed. 16,000+ miles and 6 months on the road in the bus, leaving Wednesday. It's a huge project , and between getting the bus ready and getting all the Vintage Haberdashers stuff and our apartments packed up, donated or put into storage, it's a ton to contend with. But another couple of days and we'll have the whole country to look forward to!

Hey Spencer! I just rebuilt an old Barclay body a month or so ago. Complete refurb from the felt up, but it's a great piece of felt. Can you tell me anything more about the brand, such as years of operation, etc? The thread on the Lounge here is a bit sparse, but I'd like to know more, if I could.

Oh, Right! The guy who plays for the Pacers?!

Hey everyone!
Thanks for the likes and comments. Always appreciated.
Today, a freshly tweaked bunral project that I call "The Survivor" due to what I had to do to get all the glue and crud off of it from when it was a ladies' hat. And all the further abuse I put it through making it into this. It has a different weave pattern on the crown than my WWII era hat, and after seeing the crown of Alan's Balibuntal the other day, I have a sneaky suspicion that it could be of that variety of the straw.
