Modern felt (bought it in 2011) made in Italy by Guerra for venerable house Worth&Worth in NYC.
A lovely charcoal color with a hint of dark green and matching ribbon. The felt has a beautiful hand and it's in great condition.
It's the model called Venezia and it's a 71/4 (fits like a tight 1/4, though) with 2 1/2 brim and a little over 4 inch crown.

Yours for $80 which covers paypal fee and free shipping in the USA.

I too have a Guerra (Worth and Worth) and the felt quality matches that of some of my vintage Borsas. If this was a 7 3/8" it would be gone
