My wife snores. She has vowed to look at the devices she hears on the radio, such as the Zyppah, etc. Anyone have experiences with any of these? She will not use a CPAP device.

I find a couple shots of bourbon, 2 tylenol PM and a glass of milk does me good.
It must be that comforting milk.

A glass of red wine, a hot bath and a romp in the sack, can't keep my eyes open.
How many bedrooms do you have, my snoring has never been an issue, we each have our own bedroom.

Way off topic, but a friendly heads-up here. Mixing alcohol and acetaminophen on a regular basis is a good way to permanently damage your liver and kidneys.
Thanks. I also chased the DDT Mosquito truck back in the day and ate paint chips as a kid in addition to playing with Mercury. I find out later this is all very BAD. I'll switch to diphenhydramine instead, thanky.

Sleep aid:

Banana Tea
one banana, ends cut off (about a half inch) and cut in half. Put banana in pot with 2-3 cups of water, boil for 12-ish minutes, add cinnamon if desired. Remove banana cut into slices. eat banana (with or without skin on) and drink "tea".

This will help you sleep better and without all of the "side effects" of pills and or booze. Wake up with a clear head well rested.

Sorry I cannot offer any advice on devices to stop snoring. My husband snores quite badly. I know he has sleep apnea - yet refuses to go to the doctor. Frustrating, to say the least, as it can do damage to the heart.

We sleep in separate bedrooms due to his snoring, too. :)
