No...it would all depend on crown height and brim width. The raw edge and 3 cord ribbon make it something other than an open road.

Looks like a cowboy hat from 50's. The Last Drop picture on the liner is embroidered. Stetson eliminated the embroidered logo and started using silk screening to save cost. Also, if the leather band doesn't say Open Road it isn't. I have an Open Road and Cowboy hat from the same period and they both have embroidered logos and the Open Road says Open Road on the band. The other one does not.
