I group my regulars & favorites by price points & let them compete against each other for my $, if that makes any sense. I buy ahead to stock up when they come of sale. But all that logic goes out the window when I find something I like that is also hard to get, usually something from a small distillery and/or offered by an independent bottler. Collecting it & enjoying it (albeit slowly) is a hobby just like lots of other things.

Tanqueray gin
Jameson Irish Whiskey
Belevedere vodka (but get Cathead outa Jackson, MS if you can find it)

Bombay Sapphire gin
Talisker 10 Scotch
El Dorado 15 rum (dark)

That is my picks, at the moment anyway : D
