Aero Leather Highwayman - size 40 but fits way larger

It doesn't look too big on you at all in the photos. Looks just about right, to me. What makes you think it's too big?

I infer that the owner is not the one wearing the jacket in the photos. Looks like the model should buy it.

Hi guys, I am the owner and model! My specific issues are sleeve length - they creased up to an acceptable level but those wide American cuffs seem to get an unflattering 'bell' shape if they have to do this too much. Also, the shoulders were just a little too wide for me in the end, with the seam landing outside my shoulder joint. Finally, and this was the deal breaker, the pit to pit of 23.5 is huge on me. I used to wear it with chunky sweaters just to fill it out and one day I actually put on two at once as an experiment and I could still wear it with decent range of motion and the fit seemed better than ever! That was a sign....

I appreciate you liking the fit pics! You know what it's like though, once you get a bee in your bonnet about fit there's no fixing it. The jacket's been out of rotation for two winters now and I've finally decided that it's just too nice not to be regularly worn and appreciated by the right owner. I think I'd be better off with a Type III, a Sheene or a half belt.
