The vaguely similar style ones I’ve seen dont have leather, and hard to find this color. There is this Panama in somewhat lighter color, with leather sweatband, but style is very different.

You might want to take a look at Peters Bros.' hemps. They come in six colors and you can get pretty much any style you want. Plus, the sweat-bands are nice, soft lambskin. They go for about $150, but sometimes you can hit a sale. I have two in the Stratoliner style and wear them all the time.
