My mother made the best “salmon patties” which I enjoyed very much.
I’ve tried but have never been able to duplicate the flavor.
Nevertheless, I still make them for
Polo.

My grandmother made the best spinach raviolis and breaded round steak. I can make the round steak fairly well along with her Italian cookies. My grandfather used to make me a hotdog and egg for breakfast when I was young (he grew up on a farm which is where I guess he got this from).
