I travel all around the state and what you say is true everywhere. Westerns outnumber "city" hats at least 100-1 and south of the panhandle, lots of people wear straw all year.

This is an oustanding looking Borsalino! I don’t know the Savoy but i do know i love the tone of the gray and the contrast of the ribbon. I most def agree about the edge as well. We stayed down below, but you could hike up to at least the 2nd bridge you see in the pic behind us. The old hwy 30 is closed after Bridal Veil, though, so you can't take it all the way to Multnomah Falls.
