I put up an image from an online source because my pair are mud encrusted at the moment.
These Ariat Sierras are a really comfortable work boot that you can wear for hours on end without too much fatigue setting in.
They pull on so there is some normal slippage at the heel, but overall I’ve gotten the most wear out of these than previous boots from Carhartt or even Redwing.

Last time I bought Red Wing Boots I got 953’s back in 2001. This last winter the “super soles” started to finally crack. So I got to go out and buy some brand spanking new Red Wings. Decided on the Iron Rangers in Oxblood. First day out and they don’t even hurt.

Eventually I will probably get the other ones resoled. I kept them in good order over the years.

^^ My black Iron Rangers are now a little over 4 years old, and some of the most versatile dress boots I've ever owned. Took a bit for the break in to complete, but once done, so Very Very comfortable. Mine just have the cork soles to them but only a bit of edge wear is visible. Very easy to care for as well. Long-term investment right there! :)
