Your closet is bursting with hide. Your wife is tearing her hair out. Let me help you. I’m looking for a black cafe racer/j-100. A size 42 (or a 44 that runs smaller). PtP~23”. Preferably with 2 chest pockets. Whatcha got?

This sounds like it's directly addressed to me... lol.

I have a bunch of black Cafe Racer jackets in 40, 42, 44... I think the only one that has just two chest pockets is my new Board Racer, which isn't for sale. But let me take a look through what I have and I'll see if I have anything you might like.

Try looking for a Brooks 1960s gold label cafe racer. There's plenty on eBay, for under 200USD. Tmitchell has (had?) one for sale in size 42 on this forum.

I have a "no name" racer in black. Decent leather decent shape. It is missing the zip in lining. If interested will send measurements and picks . $50 mailed to U.S.

Lots of near-hits. I also have a black Simmons-Bilt Roadster in Horween Bison, if anyone is interested in a trade. It's marked 44, but fits more like a 42, given the thickness of the hide. Will post photos and measurements, if anyone is interested.
