I am not making any story, I think he is very insecure about his jacket that he is so afraid to listen any negative feedback no matter it's about fit or construction.
Please show us some fit photos when it arrives! I am really curious about this model!!!

He will allows you to return, but once you return his jacket you can't buy his jacket anymore.
If there is a fit or construction problem, it's your fault, not him. Because you don't know how to appreciate his jacket, then you are not the customer for him.

Sending height and weight doesn't really give a clear picture. Stu nailed my j23 with that alone tho. I don't understand that return policy at all. Height and weight can equate to a myriad of shapes...

Got this baby last week. One of those impulse purchases where you question why did you even buy it two secs after placing the order. Doesn’t feel too out there though to be honest! I quite like it and I think I’ll get a lot of wear out of it this winter. Pity is too warm in London to wear it now...

As it is not printed on the website it seems a little anecdotal. Based on other things i’ve read i’m guessing he just isn’t interested in dealing with people who want mm adjustments and a perfectly bespoke fit. I suspect if he missed the mark noticeably an exchange would be made. Of course this is just a guess too.

Thanks! I’m fairly happy with how this jacket turned out. Had to size down a bit from my usual size but I’m glad I did. It is a fairly generous cut a-la Highwayman if you like. Rule of thumb (for me at least) is to go down 2 sizes from your suit size with these cuts.
I think I stayed relatively conservative in the sense that I explicitly asked Holly for a less voluminous fur but you can see example online of bigger moutons. I say go for it!!

The LW version with the shorter hair beckons but I have resisted. This one may be one I also have to consider in the future. Looks great. Well done all around.
That's the one that beckons to me... with the navy hide.
