Today is a day for blessings. I wore a favorite go to synagogue hat from Saks. 37 years ago today, my partner of 45 years and I had a small ceremony with friends. She also wore an outfit from Saks.

Just checked both of my Disney branded hats, and the one made in Dinkelsbühl by Anton Peschel has no mention of Mr. on the liner or sweat. That one was dated as late 50's by Steve. My backbow Disney "Handover" which I believe is also late 50"s has the Mr. on the liner. They have different liner crests. Neither of mine have the company crest sweat stamp yours has, just the slanted text stamp. So, not sure how consistent they were. But I agree with your hunch, I don't think yours is pre '47 either.
