How many new jackets do you have coming (and how many potential ones)?

Question...
Anybody ever bought one of these?
Are they knockoffs of a real Bucco or are they a made in Spain Bucco?
What can you all tell me about them?
Thanks. Bowen
They are not what I would consider a real Buco. The leather is incredibly cheap and the only thing they have in common with the real deal is the name. When American Safety corp bought the Buco name this was the result, a farmed out, watered down version. Avoid and buy a Brooks.

Bowen I bought one and returned it. They really are NOS made in Spain bucos and I’d have probably kept mine if i didn’t already have a few other black cafe racers I liked more. Only real problem was that they’re made out of a fairly low grade hide and they’re extremely wrinkled from storage for decades. Otherwise, I’d have kept mine especially considering I only paid about $150 for it.

Buco licensed rubber too? Most of the big name Brit jacket makers back in the 50s/60s also did a low-end, pleather model for those who couldn't stretch to the leather. Lewis' was called "the bomber".

I'm pretty sure I remember seeing those same Buco CR's made from rubber. They were made in Japan, that I'm sure of.

There is one of those buco they are trying to sell for $600. That’s mental!!

I had a close up look at the collar and I think H&M jackets are of higher quality.

That's a super sharp CR man. Seems Vanson is back in full swing. I'd never really considered that model before but this jacket looks spectacular and your mods seem perfect. Would love to see the finished product.

Thanks man, I will be sure to post up some pics of it when it arrives. Yea, this is my favorite cut and pocket placement for a CR type jacket. I considered the Schott P665 Asset in CXL but I hated the black hardware.

Looking forward to your end result! I'm on the verge of ordering a stock offering from Vanson myself. From what I've seen of late, the slight turbulence has more than abated.
