Exactly this I'm afraid. I half-expected something that was going to wrench control of my wallet away from me, but instead it was like looking round TK Max.

Eh I’m not sure if it was a good sale or not. I’m not into A-2s and I only had two jackets on my wish list. B-6 or D-1 and did not see any in my size range. So for me it was bust. But I only had those 2 jackets and one size bracket. Didn’t look at anything else at all. But I go in this week to see what kind of loan I qualify for, for this house my gf and I are attempting to buy. Sooo probably a good thing my wallet wasn’t tempted away from me!

Geeze... woke up and saw the jacket that has been tempting me still there... so pulled the trigger... ouch. I managed to find a new 50s halfbelt tumbled brown fqhh and dustbowl in russet goat.... two jackets for price of one

Supposed to have 2 thedi in couple mo as well... i think this becoming rediculous haha

Oh well , no Aero products joining the fleet this time around !

I got home from work 4PM West Australian time , (3.45 actually !) and logged on AOK

There did not seem to be a "lot" available in 44" in any case

Truth be told , I (probably) have ENOUGH leather jackets already !

SOUND FAMILIAR ?

They had a few good items that tempted me at 1am my time, but I didn't pull the trigger. Not having images of the interior or back, I just felt like I was buying a bit blind. And anyway I have enough jackets. But there were 2-3 that I could have tried. That's not bad, really.

Wow, thank you for the heads up, but I’ve already found and bought a YMC A1 on eBay in nicely ‘broken in’ condition. It looks like a really well made jacket and may even be by a premium maker?

Orgueil is a Japanese maker, and they haven't gotten as much attention here. They're very pricey, but they look every bit as good as the Japanese brands that do get attention here. But I've only seen two on Ebay, this one being the second. If it stays under $1k, it'll be a great deal.

Much-a-do-about-nothing if you ask me, very small selection and the prices were hardly something to get excited about. Oh well I have enough jackets anyway.

Well i found some pretty cool new jackets that were priced decent to me... got about 2 jackets for price of one.

I think the sale was exactly as described. Were folks expecting their their newest models in their hottest leathers for 40% retail?

I almost bought the Daytona, but in the end it just wasn't me - Bigbenbs has got a bargain if it fits him as its pristine. In the end, I left empty-handed as I'd really set my heart on something in black and I couldn't find one that really did it for me. I did see a beautiful Hooch Hauler in black Vicenza.

Well see soon enough...it's mesurements were basically the same as the Indian ranger excerpt a bit longer. Both are a bit tighter in the chest and shoulders than my current jacket that fits great. But gussets should mitigate that.

Also, fortunately, I've already got a taker on whatever jacket I decide to pass on.

I think you got the best of the bunch. I'll be interested to hear your thoughts on the Daytona, it was a storse jacket I believe so you can expect 4oz plus. It's heavenly stuff.
