That’s correct, Edwards! They sell an extra long (38 inseam) version of their conch back quartermasters through their website. IMHO, can’t be beat for that price!

Yeah, that long inseam is perfect for cuffing.
Might it be worth looking at the Edwin range? Their ED 75 Relaxed Tapered claims to have a high rise (though it doesn't look it in the pic). I had some ED55s for a couple of years, which had nice narrow legs below the knee but the rise was uncomfortably low, so they went to the charity shop a couple of weeks ago.
