AVI LTHR sale... wow

@Brettafett I had been searching for an A-2 jacket on a budget, and was about to purchase one of the many LL Bean A-2 jackets on eBay, but then discovered the AVI LTHR brand yesterday, and was intrigued after reading your reviews and seeing all the photos on FL.

Due to some fortunate timing, I was able to purchase this one on eBay this morning. It looks like an early version of the Bronco A-2 in russet. Not sure what all of the differences are in terms of detail. Color is hard to judge from the photos, but the russet looks to be a brighter orange than the current version. Should be a nice pairing to my Red Wing 8175 in Oro-Russet Portage. The measurements posted (Pit to pit: 59cm, Shoulders: 50 cm, Back length without collar: 67 cm) look like they run a bit larger than the current version, but I think that should work in my favor as I'm on the larger side of a 42R @ 5'11" 185, athletic build, with a long torso.

Just wanted to say thank you for your all of the incredibly detailed information you've provided on this product & brand. Looking forward to wearing my 1st leather jacket.

Also, I got sniped out of the A-1 in size 40 auction that ended this morning, but probably for the best, as it may have been too small. Baby steps!
