This is such a great jacket! I cannot believe you designed this masterpiece!!! I mean, yeah, we have awesome jackets here but this is next level shit. I am really happy that you are part of this forum and we can witness this.
It’s so unique and yet so wearable. I think this is a rare combination. And from what I’ve learned here in this forum about you, this jacket an expression of yourself.
I wished more people would be experimental like this instead of copying the exact same jacket they saw on somebody else. Don’t get me wrong, I love the classics but this is special and I like special and different, haha.

Thanks A 1, im flattered by your kind words, i guess having a little ability to comunicate idea through drawing has been helping me a lot explaining things from jacket, to home renovation, especially since sometime i dont know technical vocabulary in those trades, so i get my point across by pantomiming and doodling on paper .

I also get so lucky living in a place where having this custom jacket doesnt really cost me my kidney, so I able to try stuff and learn from.

Inevitably the space sherrif continues

The no collar neck with that lapel is wizardry. Hell, the whole thing is wizardry!
It’s been a treat watching the process from sketch to jacket. Thank you

This is the replacement for the fabulous Journeyman in Tatanka Brown (size 42) that I had to sell on to fellow FL member, Northern Monkey (posted a short while ago). Recently purchased from TiltRotorFlyer through the classifieds, this one (also rare hide and rare size) will get a lot of wear.
I’ve not worn deerskin before and I’m really impressed - it’s a combination of goat grain and weight and the tenacity of steer (without the heavy weight).
Typical Freewheelers attention to detail and high quality construction. I’ve always avoided black leather jackets in the past, but this is a more matte finish, which I like.
