I bought this Vest back in July off the Bay. It shows as a Size 50 L it's more like a 48 Reg. I weigh 200 lbs and am 5' 9". The measurements are Pit to Pit 25" Waist 22.5" and Shoulder width at 19.5" the length is 26" from bottom of collar on back to base. I normally wear a Size 46. It is so close for me but the shoulders are just a tad too wide other than that it is a perfect 46. I will let y'all be the Judge. I can upload more Pictures if needed.

Price $450.00 shipped in the Continental U.S.

I think you can probably get away with it. Shoulders are a tad wide as you say, but not terribly.

I'd call this more a sleeveless trucker jacket than a vest though. You could wear it over a denim trucker, for example, for a bit of extra protection, and over another jacket it would make the wide shoulders less of a problem.

You are probably right except for the arm holes which are just big enough to create an almost bat wing
affect. I usually wear a long sleeve T-Shirt with a Filson flannel shirt and it allows for comfortable riding along with filling up the arm holes. Not so good for spring though. Like I mentioned it is almost correct and frankly I really dig the wool lining which Stuart no longer has available.
