Ok, not sure of the type of leather unfortunately, but here's the info I do have.
It was bought a few years ago - JL Powell, worn a dozen or so times, no scars or scratches, sateen lining, large inside pockets, size L.
Beautiful patina - not from wear though, very comfortable
For reference, I'm 5' 6" 172lbs - generally around a jacket size 40-42.
