Wearing my 7X Quality Bradford thin ribbon conversion on this chilly a.m. here in Central Ohio.
My next hat project. A fellow Lounger sent me this '60s era Stetson 3X Open Road. It's a little rough and soiled and it's in desperate of a complete refurb and resize. I was happy to get this 3X since all I have in actual Stetson thin ribbons is a Royal Stetson clone of an Open Road that I refurbished and sized up. All my other thin ribbons are conversions that I did from Western hats. There's a real gem underneath all the soiling and underneath all those mothbites. I'll have more later in the Conversion Corral.
And a little Johnny Cash!
