My wallet finally came, it is already colored camel and glossed a little because i picked a version with light finish to protect it a little against indigo stain, the belt clip is natural (oiled by minkoil earlier), my new belt has aged a little more becomes more russet now, and the brown belt is my very old vegleather belt from highschool, i never wore them for past 2 decades because the prong was broken just hanging behind the door of my wardrobe room, last weekend I made a DIY prong from stainless steel wire, the old leather has surface cracks allover but i have oiled it and it is supple again, it was never a natural pale, i remember it was dyed a little tan/ camel when new, the leather is rather thin, from hongkong mall brand Bossini but it hold up fine. Green bifold is my old wallet i design and made myself from white goatskin, overtime it developed green hue

I've had that guys shop in my favs for awhile...good stuff

Yeah everything here looks top notch.

Although I do like it and this seems to be this brands’ signature, I just wish they didn’t have to use those old coins on most of their wallets.

wow, nice selection there. link saved :D

however mine is 1/3 of that price locally made, I believe most of the leather artisan here are based in west java, before we need to browse into local forum, and privately contact the maker through facebook or sms or WA, but now some local brands have nice and easy to browse website although payment option is still pretty much oriented towards domestic market.

this one I bought, at the time I didn't know it was MTO, but after I read around their web again and found somewhere in the other section, I found out they use mto for all article unless mentioned otherwise as readystock, but it was a very quick one I bought on 11, and by 18 I received it

Here is some pic of the inside
AKlLPv5.jpg

3 bill slots, 6 card slots, and 1 full length zippered slot, i like the layout, also no patch coin pocket that adds to the bulk and overtime ghosting through the wallet,
And the main bill slots including the spine is lined with smooth leather I dunno what maybe sheepskin so it doesnt get grubby too easily from banknote dye and grime.

I dont know what material the thread is, not hand stitched with tendon for sure, but seems sturdy.

Edges are burnished, i wax polish them more yesterday but it originally came smooth just not glossy.

if I calculate the price into $ then it was merely $40 for the wallet

Wow! Even my cheap ass eBay wallet cost that. It’s leather but looks like it was soaked in some kind of epoxy. It’s lasted though and I threw a brass chain on it.

I actually love those. But yeah I get it. His/her hardware seems really nice too. Damn jackets won’t allow for any peripheral funds to spill in that direction. Or any other TBH.

I personally like the coin snap cap on the tab, it is screw on from the back most of the time, you can buy another less or more conspicuous one and replace easily:D, thank god my kidney panel cover it and i wear my shirt untucked anyway on the back, too much bling otherwise.
