Vintage Whippet post rain. Walked in just in time as it turned to freezing rain over 1/8" thick. Heading out shortly to chisel my car windows. Gotta love Iowa weather.

Does wind count as a survivable element? Very strong blizzard conditions today with little snow accumulation. Wind chills down to -30F, not as bad as last week. So I forced myself to shovel a snowdrift in the driveway in hopes of curing a little cabin fever.

Or you could just wear that and leave your hats at home.Not so much a hat, but I found this in the back of the front closet. Not sure how good the rubber will be anymore, but it may just help prevent my hats from having to survive the elements in the first place:

Wife and I, the dog... and the cat... went for a walk in the neighborhood and got caught in the rain. Wife and I loved it, as did doggo. Cat not so much. Blacksheep natural beaver and an Aero horse of course.
