Can you ID these Jeans? (They look Military)

I bought these because the Zipper Tape was OD green and they looked vintage by the tarnish on the Zipper, The only Identification was the waist button, nothing else, they had pleats in the waist and are Just a nice beautiful heavy pair of Charcoal Denim work Jeans. I forget what the Motto On the Button Reads in Latin...I looked it up but forget again, They took Latin out of school.

I'd like to know more about them and if I can order or buy these somewhere online?

They're pretty cool, you don't see them in Surplus stores, but I live not far from CFB Trenton and I guess those guys have lots of Army gear kicking around.

I'm guessing British Military or paratrooper because the other thing I found that came into the Thrift store with them was a Canadian Paratrooper shirt, it's burgundy with a blue Canadian Flag and Wings with the "EX COELIS" on it.
