I was there for a long weekend in 2001; I remember a restaurant called BootCamp in the Christiania area being nice; Tivoli Gardens were worth the wander around. I remember there being some fairly decent, if generic, 'vintage' shops in the middle of town. Don't expect Copenhagen to be cheap, though!

Sorry for the extreme off topic post, but as a Swede, i can attest that is how most of us view the danish language. Love Denmark though (great sandwiches and beer!), just can’t (under)stand the language. In writing it is totally understandable to any Swede, but it is totally impossible to understand what they are saying. I even read a study where they found that children in Denmark are developing language understanding at a later age than all other European countries [emoji23]

Good shop called Brund, in one of the inner city suburbs, sell the usual suspects ,Redwing ,tellason, iron heart,Simmons bilt leather jackets and a few other bits and pieces.
There is also a motor cycle oriented shop called Motorious, selling other cool stuff,well worth a look,

Thanks guys, I was at Brund, yes nice choice , but not little surprising item...
Copenhague is a great city though
