Denim Jackets - New or Vintage

All this talk of Denim jackets must have seeped into my subconscious.

Thoughts on this Momotaro 12oz type 2. Anyone know anything about the brand?

I usually prefer a type 3 but they have it in my size about 10 minutes walk from me....

I love them! The sleeve stripes are a massive gimmick, and yet fab. I'd have one in two seconds flat if they were ten minutes away. Erm...

I really like that. I’m sold on the sleeve stripes too! They look really cool!

I have several Momotaro products -- well made workwear. That said, I do not buy any Momotaro with the sleeve stripes -- not my thing. Fortunately, they make plenty of stuff without the stripes.

I have a pair of high rise, wide straight cut, zipper fly Momotaro jeans made of 14.7 oz Zimbabwe cotton that I like very much. No Battle Label white stripes.

Rumour has it that you might be shunned and eventually have your membership revoked, should you fail to post any picture of youself wearing a denim jacket by the end of march.... so i frantically dig up the depth of my closet to find anything that is the closest to a denim jacket.... i hope this could save my membership here

There's been some discussion about revoking your membership as none of these are trucker jackets but since one is techically a CR, we'll let you off with a warning this time. Now go back to your notepad a design a custom Type-1/2/3 inspired jacket.

I’ve been trying to find one for awhile! Get one and then you can sell to me if you don’t like it. I bought the iron heart version and love it.
