Hi Giuseppe,
I've had a couple of these and sizing is fairly consistent.
I'd say, based on the info you have given that a 42 would be a good choice.
I am around 181cm, 73kg, 40" chest and wear a 42. It fits comfortably with a touch of room to breathe, lengths are ok, but I always wish I had a bit more
so should be good for you.
Where are you based? if in Europe, return and exchanges are easy, you could even try a 40 and 42. Return the jacket that fits least well. I did this with my first AVI Bronco, both the 40 and 42 fit well in the body and shoulders, but preferred the 42 because of the lengths...

Hi everyone,
today I received the new Bronco A2 jacket, version 2019. I am very satisfied. I like it a lot and it dresses me as I wanted. The only small problem is that I feel it a bit adherent to the mouth of the sleeve under my armpits. but I think that in time i'll get used to it. Here are some photos. Thanks again for your advice and for sharing your data. This allowed me to make the right choice.
