I’ll be honest @ton312 that is a great catch for the price you paid.
A custom premier Highwayman will cost a bomb compared to that and I just don’t think the narrow shoulders of the premier fit will work well for you.

the jacket would drape better without, you can just dedicate a long sleeve linen shirt ( probably black or off white) as perma layer with the jacket. I have removable liner with one of my jacket, and whenever i wash the liner i grab a dark blue or black linen shirt as temporary liner for it that stays in the jacket

I think it fits good also on the sleeve, maybe you are getting a perspective that jacket sleeve should be tighter from your other jackets leather and denim alike, but this one looks very normal and wearable.
But what about the tried and true upsize on top/drop waist?

True, that could work, I just don’t think the premier fit is great for a muscular build.
On another note, wearing Black ELMC Californian today....and a familiar box has been delivered!
Definitely have that “excited yet reluctant to open it” feeling ..... really hope the colour is what I’m after....fingers crossed!

Sorry but I think it’s the most natural wear you’ve had in a while. It’s already broken into throw n go shape.
